XD HALL for a special “Monster Hunter” experience The “XD HALL,” built as part of the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion, features “Monster Hunter Bridge” (reservations required), a special interactive content developed by Capcom for this Expo. Inspired by the Osaka Health Care Pavilion’s theme “REBORN,” it utilizes the “Monster Hunter” series, in which the wonder of nature, living creatures, and life is one of the key themes. Although the experience was different from the post-opening screening, the hall, which visitors entered wearing special AR devices, was a 360-degree theater, and the immersive sound and floor vibrations linked to it made for a very powerful immersive experience. The Osaka Health Care Pavilion “XD HALL” requires a reservation (free of charge) for the date and time of the visit. The “Reborn Experience Route” is an encounter with your avatar 25 years in the future. The “Health Care of Mirai” section will propose future health care and medical treatment for your eyes, skin, hair, etc. based on your personal data. And the Osaka Health Care Pavilion, where visitors can envision themselves around 2050 in the “City of Mirai,” was a pavilion filled with more exciting participatory content than I had expected.
