The theme is “Toneri Blue. Nemophila in its best season in spring, stars in the night sky, photo spots utilizing the abundant water flowing in the park, and big flowers of up to 25 times the scale will be featured to create a relaxing and extraordinary experience. Hibiya Kadan will be in charge of the decorations.

Lighting hours are 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (except April 28). Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and April 28 from 18:00 to 20:30.
