Tokyo Disneyland will release the third edition of the DISNEY VEHICLE FACTORY on April 15. A total of nine patterns based on the Disney Resort Line will be available. The price is 1,800 yen per set. The product will be sold at “Toy Station”.
DISNEY VEHICLE FACTORY is a service that allows you to create your own Disney vehicle by combining your favorite parts. The newest version will have three types of bodies and three types of windows.
The left and right sides of the body depict Disney friends: Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald and Huey, Dewey and Louie, and Goofy and Chip and Dale. The windows are made of clear material and come in red, blue, and yellow. The interior and seats are the same.
After selecting each part and heading to the cash register, a cast member will assemble it on the spot. This service has been popular since its inception, as it allows visitors to observe a process that is normally unavailable to them.
To commemorate the release of the third version, Disney Resort Line will release free tickets with the same vehicle design. Souvenir medals (100 yen each) with different designs will also be sold at the Resort Gateway Station, Bayside Station, and Tokyo Disneyland Station.
