DINING INNOVATION HAWAII, a dining innovation group, has opened Yakiniku LIKE Keeaumoku (1108 Keeaumoku Street suite 101, Honolulu, Hawaii) on Honolulu Keaumoku Street.
Yakiniku Like’s overseas outlets are mainly in Asia, including Indonesia and Hong Kong, starting with Taiwan in 2019, and this will be its first U.S. location. On the first day, more than 50 people lined up before the restaurant opened.
Although yakiniku culture is well established in Hawaii, a world-class resort destination with a large population of Asian residents, there are still few restaurants where customers can enjoy authentic yakiniku at affordable prices. In addition, in order to meet the needs of local customers, who often come in groups, all seats are at tables, rather than at the counter, which is the norm at restaurants in Japan.
