JR West and Osaka Metro (Osaka City Rapid Transit) are selling the digital ticket “Osaka Smart Access Pass” until October 31. The fare is 1,200 yen for adults (no children).
A special ticket that allows unlimited one-day rides on regular trains on the JR Lines (Osaka Loop Line, JR Yumesaki Line, Osaka Station to Shin-Osaka Station, and Imamiya Station to JR Namba Station) and all Osaka Metro subway and New Tram lines.
Only the “KANSAI MaaS” application is available. The app also covers Osaka Metro Yumeshima Station and JR West Sakurajima Station, which are the closest stations to the Osaka-Kansai Expo.
No ticket exchange (pickup in advance) is required; simply hold the QR code over the corresponding ticket gate and board the train.
