Tokyo Disneyland is pleased to announce the fourth Disney Palpalooza, “Donald’s Quacky Duck! Duck! Duck City!” from April 8 to June 30.
The event’s limited food items, which have been on sale since April 1 prior to the event, are the ones to watch out for. This time, we picked up two new items and tried them for ourselves.
We visited Huey Dewey Looey’s Good Time Cafe in Toontown. Here we ordered the “Omelette Roll (Pudding & Pineapple)” (700 yen) and “Sparkling Drink (Tropical Fruit)” (780 yen).
The “omelet roll” has pudding hidden under white and blue whipped cream. The pineapple sauce, strawberry juice, and ribbon-shaped chocolate make it a true Donald! When you bite into the omelet roll, all the flavors spread out in your mouth at once. It is a very large portion, so it is a good choice when you want to enjoy a sweet treat.
The “Sparkling Drink” with cute quirky Duck marshmallows is refreshing and perfect for the coming season when you tend to sweat. The soda, tropical fruits, mango daisy and blue jelly are also by Donald! The sweetness is moderate, so you can enjoy it with sweets.
Since these are sold at quite popular stores, it is recommended to order in advance via “Disney Mobile Order” on the official Tokyo Disney Resort App. I stood in line this time, but it took me about 45 minutes to get it, so it would be best to make a reservation in advance to make the most of your time.
