Expo tickets are now on sale at EXPO Quick, easy admission tickets that do not require an Expo ID. Weekday ticket/One-day ticket/Night ticket

Posted on 2025-04-112025-05-15 by Editor in Chief

The Japan Association for the 2025 Japan International Exposition will introduce a new ticket sales site, EXPO Quick, to make it easier for visitors to purchase tickets and visit the Osaka-Kansai Expo, and will begin selling “Easy Admission Tickets,” which do not require Expo ID registration, at midnight on April 13, 2012.

Access EXPO Quick via smartphone or PC, select the date of visit, admission time, admission gate (East or West), and number of tickets purchased, and make a payment, then use the QR code displayed after payment to enter the Expo site.

Ticket types vary depending on the date and time you choose: weekday tickets are available for weekdays (adult: 6,000 yen, middle person: 3,500 yen, child: 1,500 yen), one-day tickets for weekends and holidays (adult: 7,500 yen, middle person: 4,200 yen, child: 1,800 yen), and night tickets for all days after 5:00 pm (adult: 3,700 yen, middle person: 2,000 yen, child: 1,000 yen).

Note that the Easy Entry Ticket does not allow changes to the date, time, or gate of the visit after purchase, so it must be purchased after plans have been made.

The Easy Entry Ticket does not allow visitors to make reservations for pavilions and events in advance. Some pavilions and events can be enjoyed without reservations, but if you wish to attend a pavilion or event that requires reservations, you must make a reservation by placing a QR code on the “Same-day Registration Terminal” located at the information desk inside the venue after you enter.

In addition, unlike “digital tickets” purchased at the official Expo site or “paper tickets/exchange tickets” purchased at non-expo sites (convenience stores, travel agencies, etc.), easy-entry tickets do not include the Expo 2025 Personal Agent, an AI navigator that uses your Expo ID and ticket ID Some of the services provided at the Osaka/Kansai Expo, such as the Expo ID and the AI navigator “EXPO2025 Personal Agent” that uses the ticket ID, are not available with the Easy Entry Ticket.

QR codes for purchased tickets can be viewed by tapping “Add Ticket to Wallet” or “View/Print Ticket” on the purchased ticket details screen of EXPO Quick.
