On April 13, the Osaka-Kansai Expo (EXPO 2025) will open in Yumeshima, Osaka. Here we report on scenes from the media day held prior to the opening of the Expo.
Official stores by Dai Nippon Printing (DNP), Maruzen Junkudo Bookstore, and Oak Corporation will open in the East Gate Marketplace, selling MARUZEN JUNKUDO exclusive products, including Tamagotchi and Expo official character Myakmyak collaboration goods.
In addition to the original design Tamagotchi, a total of 17 items will be available, including Mamecchi, Memecchi, Kuchipacchi, and Mimicchi plush toys transformed by Myakumyak.
MARUZEN JUNKUDO also offers other collaboration goods between the Osaka/Kansai Expo and Sanrio Characters (Hello Kitty, My Melody, Cinnamoroll, Kuromi, Pom Pom Pring, and Hangyodon).
