212 KITCHEN STORE, which mainly sells kitchen items, will launch the brand’s first 70 “Star Wars” design items on April 15. Prior to the in-store launch, the items have been on sale at the online store since April 10.
The lineup will include a wide range of kitchen tools such as mugs and mittens, as well as T-shirts, bags, and collectible items such as key chains and magnets.
Of particular interest are the aprons with motifs of major characters, such as R2-D2, Darth Vader, and Chewbacca, which turn the kitchen into a stage for an epic space story just by wearing them. A set with a triangular hood is also available, priced from 4,180 yen to 4,400 yen.
Other items include tumblers, bottles, and cold storage bags featuring the droid and Millennium Falcon blueprints for the coming season’s outings.
The acrylic key chains and magnets that will be sold blind in stores will also be available in a complete version exclusively online.
