Heso Productions will release a new product under the official license of Expo ’70 Osaka-Kansai in late May: EXPO 2025 Myakumyaku 3D Mascot Takoyaki. The product comes in two types, a netsuke and a key holder, and is priced at 1,200 yen each.
The mascot features Myakumyaku sitting on top of Osaka’s famous takoyaki (octopus dumplings) with toothpicks sticking out of them, and is posed as if he is resting on his cheekbones. Mascot size is approximately 72 x 32 mm.
In addition to the four “Official Stores at Expo ‘2025 Osaka/Kansai Expo site,” the Official Store at Expo ‘2025 Osaka/Kansai Expo site, the JR Shin-Osaka Station Ekimarche store, the Official Store at Expo ‘2025 Osaka/Kansai Expo site, the JR Osaka Station Central Exit store, stations in the Kansai region, and souvenir stores, Souvenir shops, variety stores, etc. in Kansai stations.
