JR East will continue to sell the Adult’s Holiday Club Pass, which is limited to members of the Adult’s Holiday Club, in fiscal 2025.
The sales and usage period will be a total of three times, and passengers can choose from three areas: East Japan, East Japan/Hokkaido, and Hokkaido. The first installment will be sold from May 23 to June 30, and the period of use will be from June 23 to July 5.
The Otona no Holiday Club Pass is a free ticket that allows unlimited travel on JR East and Hokkaido routes for five consecutive days. The pass is valid for unreserved seats on limited express, express, rapid, and local trains, and up to six reserved-seat rides are also permitted.
For Green Car (limited to Ekinetto), up to 6 times for a reserved seat in a standard car or Green Car. However, only the fare is valid for Grand Class and Premium Green Car.
Tickets are sold at Ekinet, ticket machines at major stations, Midori-no-Madoguchi (ticket window), and Ekitabi Concierge (station travel concierge). All of them accept “Otona no Holiday Club Card” (credit card) as the payment method. The ticket prices at Ekinet are more reasonable than those at other stations.
As an example, a round trip from Tokyo to Shin-Aomori (in a standard car) costs 18,800 yen (a savings of 12,780 yen) with the pass, compared to 31,580 yen for a middle member (5% discount).
