Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. announced on May 22 that it has decided on the name “Mitsui Outlet Park Okazaki” for a large-scale commercial facility under development in Okazaki, Aichi Prefecture, and that it will open in November 2025. It will be the first full-scale outlet mall in Aichi Prefecture, with approximately 180 stores in two zones on a 158,400 m2 site. Of these, 161 stores were opened to the public in advance.

The outlet zone will feature popular domestic and international fashion brands such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, United Arrows, The North Face, Adidas, and Theory, as well as everyday sundries, outdoor goods, and pet goods stores. The center of the first floor is a children’s zone that caters to a wide range of age groups, and the center of the second floor is a food court featuring a total of 12 stores, from leading local restaurants to national chains.

Also located on the site is OKAZAKI MARKET, a 4,000m2 park-type complex zone that promotes local food culture. Surrounding the lush outdoor plaza will be approximately 20 famous local restaurants and popular chain stores, including Starbucks, Kuze Fuku Shoten, Goncha, and EBISENBEI NO SATO. Visitors can enjoy shopping, eating, and playing while moving between the two zones.

This is the company’s first outlet facility in Aichi Prefecture, and the second large-scale development following “Mitsui Outlet Park Jazz Dream Nagashima” in Mie Prefecture and “LaLaport Nagoya Minato Acres” in Aichi Prefecture. The concept is to provide a “new shopping experience where the extraordinary and the ordinary coexist,” and is expected to attract a wide range of visitors, from local residents to tourists.

Located in Ikegane-cho, Maigi-cho, and Honjuku-cho, Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture. Access is a 13-minute walk from Honjuku Station on the Meitetsu Line, approximately 3 km from the Okazaki Higashi Interchange on the New Tomei Expressway, and approximately 5 km from the Otowa Gamagori Interchange on the Tomei Expressway.
