Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Nagoya Railroad announced on May 26 that the first Andaz Nagoya in the Chubu region is scheduled to open in 2034 as part of the “Nagoya Station Area Redevelopment Plan.
Andaz is Hyatt’s lifestyle hotel brand. It operates 30 hotels worldwide, including Andaz Tokyo in Toranomon Hills, Tokyo.
The planned site is 1-2 Meieki 1-chome, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya City, on the east side of Nagoya Station. Approximately 150 rooms (all rooms over 50m2) will be located on the 1st, 11th-12th, and 25th-29th floors of the south section of the Nagoya Station Area Redevelopment Plan.
Facilities include a restaurant, rooftop bar, lounge, banquet hall, meeting rooms, fitness center, indoor pool, and spa.
