Tokyo DisneySea will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Duffy & Friends with “Duffy & Friends’ Filled with Joy! merchandise will go on sale on July 3.
In line with the 20th anniversary theme of “Happiness that can be found only with Duffy & Friends,” the design features heartwarming scenes such as discovering that a rainbow forms when a doughnut is split in half and finding everyone’s smiles through the holes in the doughnut. The point of the design is to warm the heart.
The “T-shirt” (3,700 yen), which is sure to be a hit at the parks in the summer, features back prints of all the characters. The shoulder bag (3,900 yen) with an oversized donut design has a cute, fluffy shape. Also on sale are blindfolded hair clips (1,300 yen for a single item, 9,100 yen for a set) and other items that allow families and friends to enjoy coordinating their favorite characters and matching outfits.
