Tokyo Disney Resort will hold the summer event “Summer Cool-Off at Tokyo Disney Resort” from July 2 to September 15.
The theme music for this event will be by Mrs. GREEN APPLE, and will be used for “Baymax’s Happy Ride” at Tokyo Disneyland and “‘Soaking Wet’ Harbor Splash” at Tokyo DisneySea. This is the first time that a Japanese artist’s music will be played at a Tokyo Disney Resort attraction.
Ahead of the event, a portion of the collaboration music has been released. It will be released on Tokyo Disney Resort’s official YouTube channel from 8:00 a.m. today. In the video, you can enjoy a part of the theme song along with recording scenes.
He also announced that some of the songs will be incorporated into the “Baymax Mission Cool Down” performance at Tokyo Disneyland.
A TV commercial featuring the event’s theme song will also be aired, starting with the Chukyo and Kansai areas on June 7, followed by the Tokyo metropolitan area on June 14, and then nationwide. The video of the TV commercial will also be released on the YouTube channel at the same time, and can also be viewed on the Tokyo Disney Resort’s special website from 9:00 a.m.
