The Japan International Exposition, 2025, updated the pavilion information for the “Osaka-Kansai Expo” reservation lottery on June 9.
There are up to three pre-reservation slots available for pavilion events, details of which are as follows
Lottery 2 months in advance: 3 months to 2 months prior to the visit
7 days before lottery: 1 month to 8 days before the show
First-come, first-served reservations for available slots: 3 days prior to visitation – 1 day prior to visitation
There is also a “same-day registration” slot that can be additionally applied for 10 minutes after admission, and once one slot, including advance reservations, has been used up (experienced), a new slot can be reserved.
In addition to the gradual expansion of additional reservations for the afternoon on the same day, admission has been accelerated by 5 minutes (Early Gate Open) since May 25 and by 1 hour (Twilight Campaign) for nighttime tickets since May 7.
The updated list includes all the information on the pavilions that are eligible for the two-month and seven-day advance drawings.
However, depending on the schedule, the pavilion/event organizer may stop accepting reservations. For the latest information, please check the actual reservation screen on the “My Ticket” page of the EXPO 2025 digital ticket.
The dates of the National Day and Special Day and other events are listed in the “Event Information” section, while the availability of reservation slots for visitors, expected crowds, and the schedule for same-day ticket sales are provided in the “This Week at the Expo” section.
