ANA announced that it won “World’s Best Airport Services” and “Best Airline Staff in Asia” at the World Airline Awards by SKYTRAX, a UK-based airline rating company.
The World’s Best Airport Services award (12th in six consecutive years) recognizes overall airport services. The company also cited the new service as a reason for the award, citing the improved convenience of connecting the main building and satellites at Haneda Terminal 2.
The “Best Airline Staff in Asia” award (10th in a row) recognizes the quality of service provided by airport staff and flight attendants among airlines based in Asia. ANA cited the award as one of the reasons for its efforts to strengthen cooperation among staff members in areas such as ground staff support for passengers and cabin crew hospitality, as well as its efforts to establish a centralized information management system across all departments.
