The Aichi Prefectural Tourism Association is selling the “Aichi/Nagoya Round Trip Tourist Passport,” which offers a discount for weekday use, until January 31, 2026.
This is a special ticket that allows one admission to each of the museums and art galleries in the prefecture. This year, a total of 35 facilities (including 12 new participating facilities), an increase of 9 facilities from 2024 when the passport was first released, will be eligible for the passport, and the period of use will be approximately 2 months earlier than the previous year. The passport price is 4,500 yen (same price for adults and children).
The product is designed so that visitors and locals alike can enjoy sightseeing to the fullest extent, even though it is only available on weekdays.
The facilities to be featured are as follows. The lineup also includes the popular Nagoya Port Aquarium (until July 4), Denpark, Okazaki Castle and Mikawa Samurai no Yakata Ieyasu-kan, which were once again in the spotlight following the historical drama “Dousuru Ieyasu.
Tickets can be purchased electronically from a special website or as paper tickets at tourist information centers and roadside stations in each city. Tickets can also be purchased through JR Tokai’s “Smart EX” (EX Destination Reservation or EX Travel Pack), Nagoya Railways’ official “CentX” application, or ANA Travelers’ “Activities”, and then exchanged for paper tickets at the Aichi Prefectural Tourism Association counter.
