Okayama Prefecture will sell “faucet-to-white peach juice” using seasonal Okayama white peaches at the Tottori Okayama Shinbashi-kan antenna store (Shinbashi Center Place, 1-11-7 Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo) from August 8 to 24. The price is 500 yen per serving.
This year marks the 150th anniversary of the cultivation of Okayama peaches, and visitors can enjoy the rich aroma and refined sweetness of the “Hakuto Nectar” (a beverage containing 30% peach juice), which is a new sensory experience of turning on the tap and pouring it yourself.
The antenna store also sells peach sweets using “Shimizu Hakuto,” the nation’s largest producer of peaches, which are now in their peak production season. In addition to the Okayama Hakuto Parfait 2025 (2,500 yen), the lineup includes Hakuto Custard Pudding (1,000 yen), Sono Manma Hakuto (half a white peach) (1,800 yen), and Nama Hakuto Smoothie (1,200 yen).
