Universal Studios Japan will hold “Halloween Event 2025” from tomorrow, September 4. In advance of the event, the company has released limited-edition goods featuring the popular Halloween character “Hamikuma.
Hamikuma are the characters from the annual “Halloween Horror Nights” event, in which zombies attack the park at night. This year’s lineup of Hamikuma-related products is the largest in the park’s history. Among them, the new “wearable goods” are grotesquely cute and of high quality.
Examples include a “Hamikuma” T-shirt (4,700 yen) with bold prints on the front and back, a knit vest (6,700 yen) with “Hamikuma soul” embroidery, a fluffy material “Hamikuma” cap (4,600 yen), and a “Hamikuma soul” beret (4,600 yen). All of these items are unisex, so it is recommended to wear them with friends in different colors or as a pair look.
The “Mascot Key Chain with Strap” (2,800 yen) features a total of four types: Hamikuma, Hamikuma Soul, Hamikuma Punk, and Hamikuma Candy, which makes its first appearance this year. Each has its own unique decoration and thick chain design.
The store selling the goods is “Beverly Hills Gifts”. However, due to the popularity of the merchandise, numbered tickets distributed on the day of purchase are required to enter the store.
Also this year, you can have Hamikuma or Hamikuma Soul all to yourself and take photos with your own camera at the “Forty-Second Street Studio – Greeting Gallery.
The “Hamikuma” decoration has been powered up. Wear the goods and become a Hamikuma to leave a memorable photo.
