Ryohin Keikaku, which operates MUJI, will sequentially release five items in its “Static-Resistant Wearable Blanket Series” at stores nationwide and online starting October 13.
This series of wearable blankets uses antistatic yarn to prevent static electricity, and the use of environmentally friendly raw materials, lyocell and recycled polyester, makes them less susceptible to steam.
The five items to be released this time are products with a revised overall size and balance of collars and pockets. The cuffs have been changed to elastic and the men’s version has a standing collar design to prevent cold air from entering.
The baby and children’s items have an additional belly wrap to keep the tummy cool, and snap buttons for easy changing. Both items are available at limited stores.
