Awajiya announced that it will temporarily stop accepting in-store pickup reservations and online store sales of “EXPO 2025 Myakumyaku Hittaridako Meshi” (1980 yen) as of October 26.

Initially, a total of 15,000 units were planned to be sold, but due to the popularity of the product, which far exceeded expectations, the production will be increased sequentially. Since it takes a certain amount of time to produce the pottery, the next shipment is scheduled for late November.

The number of items sold per day for both layaway and online is not disclosed, but if the number of people on the waiting list exceeds 1,000 at the time of access concentration, there is a very high possibility that the product will be sold out, and the company asks that the customer access the site again on another day.

The sales at PLUSTA Bento in the Shinkansen ticket gates of Shin-Osaka Station (Central, Transfer, South ticket gates), some stores in the three Kansai airports (Kansai, Itami, Kobe), Awaji SA, etc. will end on October 13. The details of the sales will not be disclosed to the public.
