Premier Hotel Group opened THE HOTEL SANRAKU KANAZAWA (1-1-1 Owari-cho, Kanazawa, Ishikawa).

The concept is “Timeless & Connect. Inspired by the ancient capital of Kanazawa, which has inherited a delicate beauty that transcends time, the hotel features an approximately 120-square-meter courtyard garden where guests can experience the four seasons, a total of 215 guest rooms (including 13 suites) decorated with traditional crafts, and a lounge where guests can taste local specialty sake and sweets. The building, which has one basement floor and six floors above ground, is also equipped with a souvenir store, a laundry, a nursing room, and a parking lot (58 spaces).

Meals are served at the Kizahashi dining room on the first floor overlooking the courtyard. At the breakfast buffet, which offers approximately 60 dishes, guests can enjoy local delicacies such as Kanazawa oden, Kanazawa curry, and Jibe-ni, as well as sushi, tempura, rolled egg, and French toast prepared in the live kitchen. At dinner time, guests can enjoy a Japanese fusion course with the scenery lit up.
