JALUX released a “red seal book” in collaboration with JAL and Haneda Shrine at JAL Shopping. The price is 3,300 yen.
The main shrine of Haneda Shrine, with its vermilion lacquering and azure roof, is placed in the center. An airplane visible from the shrine is placed in the sky above, and a crane, the motif of the JAL logo, is placed on the back cover. The coloring is done by “Kyo-yuzen hand-printing,” a dyeing technique in which craftsmen hand layered the colors. The airplane, crane, and logo are stamped in foil, and the text is embroidered in gold.
The Haneda Shrine Office has already begun awarding the prizes. The initial fee is 3,500 yen, including red seal and vinyl cover.
