Boeing will hold a delivery ceremony for its last 747 aircraft on January 31 (local time) in Seattle.

The last aircraft (a cargo 747-8F) that rolled out of the Everett, Washington factory in December will be delivered to Atlas Air. The event will not be open to the public, but will be streamed live on vimeo starting at 1:00 p.m. local time on January 31 (6:00 a.m. GMT on February 1).
