JAL announced on February 7 that it has been awarded the highest rating of 5 stars in the “World Airline Star Ratings” by SKYTRAX, a UK-based airline rating company. This is the sixth consecutive year that JAL has received this 5-star rating.
The release cites the following reasons for the 5-Star certification by SKYTRAX
The flight attendants’ high level of knowledge of products, services, and safety, as well as their personalized hospitality and friendliness, will be the key factors in our efforts to provide a high level of customer service.
Smooth procedures and appropriate guidance and support from staff through JAL SMARTAIRPORT at airports
Provide high-quality, spacious space and a variety of services including “JAL’s Salon” at the JAL First Class Lounge for international flights at Haneda Airport, which will be reopened in March 2020.
World-class comfort in all classes, including spacious seats in economy class
