I visited “the Outlet Shonan Hiratsuka” just before its opening! About 150 popular brand stores and a full lineup of sports and outdoor activities to “play and try out” Futsal courts and a large park are also adjacent to the store!

A space with a sense of openness that incorporates a lot of greenery. The concept of the facility is “a place that stimulates the five senses: Live, Play and Feel. The facility is a lush green environment where you can heal your mind and body, relax, shop, and spend time with your family. The distinctive feature of the facility is a large LED vision screen of approximately 300 inches installed in the “West Court” on the first floor. Visitors can enjoy watching sports and other events while relaxing on the artificial turf laid out all over the area. The outdoor brand “SnowPeak” will open a 550m2 store, one of the largest in the Kanto area. The store will display several tents and tarps, allowing visitors to see and examine the actual size and height of the items. In addition, the artificial grass plaza on the first floor’s “East Court” will be used for tent pitching and pegging, and an outdoor space will be used for campfire demonstrations, offering the best of camping. In the center of the facility is the “Ookami Village,” a relaxing space overflowing with greenery, where GODIVA café and other restaurants will open their stores. Visitors can enjoy chocolate drinks and sweets on the open terrace, take a rest on the benches, or use the space as a rendezvous point during shopping hours. The parking lot can accommodate approximately 3,300 vehicles (approximately 1,000 bicycle parking spaces), and there is also an electric vehicle charger station and a bike rental service that can be used to explore the surrounding area. In addition, “Fuji Terrace” is located on the rooftop of the multi-story parking lot, and a 22-meter-high observation deck overlooks the vast Sagami Plain. The Outlet Shonan Hiratsuka offers an abundance of brands for “everyday use” from men’s to women’s to children’s clothing. In the fashion, sundries, and goods section, popular stores such as Furla, Diesel, Cole Haan, Theory, and BEAMS OUTLET are lined up. In addition, “3COINS+plus,” the largest of its kind in Japan at approximately 650m2, offers a wide variety of household goods, some of which are sold at outlet prices. In addition, there are many specialty stores that are typical of Shonan, where nature activities are popular, such as Kahiko “Hawaiian Market”, a Hawaiian sundries store, and Green Summit, a select store for outdoor activities. In the sports department, there is a full lineup of stores, including “New Balance,” which has one of the largest sales floors in Japan, “adidas,” “Puma,” and “Under Armour Factory House,” as well as golf specialty stores “Taylor Made,” “adidas Golf,” and “Resurrection. Other tenants include the Outlet Shonan Hiratsuka Nai post office, the trimming and hotel temporary storage “One Love,” the dog goods “DOG DEPT,” the pet goods “PET PARADISE,” New Days, and a clinic mall (opening in summer 2023).
