JR Kyushu will hold a one-day tour “Ride on Limited Express ‘Futatsuboshi 4047′ & Limited Express ’36 Plus 3’! Nagasaki Lunch” will be held on May 8.
The tour starts and ends at Hakata Station, and travelers will not be accompanied by an escort, but will travel with the necessary train tickets. On the outward leg, the tour will take the “Relay Kamome” and “Futatsuboshi 4047” limited express trains to Nagasaki Station, and have lunch of Nagasaki Champon noodles at “Cantonese/Taiwanese Cuisine Emperor Shang Huang”. After about 4 hours of free time, the return trip will take the Shinkansen “Kamome” and the limited express “36 Plus 3” from Nagasaki Station back to Hakata Station.
The price is 17,800 yen for adults and 14,500 yen for children. However, by applying the Nagasaki Prefecture’s subsidy, which is conditional on vaccination against the new coronavirus, the price is reduced by 3,000 yen for adults and 2,900 yen for children, and a regional coupon worth 2,000 yen is also included. Applications will be accepted by Internet reservation only.
