JAL has decided to add flight plans for the Honolulu and Guam routes in light of the current situation where demand for travel to resorts is increasing due to the lowering of new coronavirus infection to Category 5 under the Infectious Disease Control Law.
As of the end of May, the number of reservations for Hawaii routes in August was approximately 1.7 times that of the same month last year, so a total of five round-trip flights will be added for the Honolulu route in August.
For the Guam route, in addition to the announced summer vacation period (July 15-August 31), JAL will continue to operate four flights per week from September 1 to October 28. Passengers with children who board the Guam route will receive a JAL original kids’ shoulder bag containing goods to enjoy in Guam, such as sunglasses and hand towels, and an original kids’ watch.
