I’ve been glamping at “O Park Ogose”. Lots of activities for parents and children to enjoy with bonfires and swimming pools!

Choose from 8 types of accommodations I didn’t stay in one this time, but I would definitely like to stay in one next time! The spacious 76m2 room is decorated in collaboration with Finlayson, Finland’s oldest textile brand, and has a Scandinavian feel. 15m2 wooden terrace with outdoor Jacuzzi, barbecue grill, deck table and chairs. One of the two bedrooms is located on the attic-like second floor, and is accessed by a ladder-like staircase that leads to a private hideaway. My son, who was accompanying me on the tour, was very excited, saying, “Next time, I’m staying here! I’m going to stay here next time! The private sauna is another attraction. Aroma water is poured over the sauna stones to create an authentic “wax” experience. You can choose your favorite aroma when you check in. The price is luxurious, starting at 74,800 yen per night for two adults, including dinner and breakfast, but it is well worth it. On the other hand, the “glamping tents” are full of camping atmosphere. Inside the cotton tent, natural light filters through, creating an elegant space decorated with plants and rattan furniture. There is an outdoor living room with a barbecue grill directly next to it, and a fire pit in front of it. In addition, there are “glamping cabins” with toilet and shower rooms, and “dome cabins,” character rooms with toilet and bath. There are also a variety of rooms to choose from, including log cabins and log houses for casual stays. I am now thinking of staying in a different room next time, and I have become a repeat visitor.

Enjoy Outdoor Experiences with Ease O Park Ogose offers a variety of outdoor activities, 16 of which are free of charge. This time, we experienced the popular bonfire, s’mores making, and popcorn making. My son was so excited about the bonfire that he stayed behind and actively helped out as much as he could, from splitting the s’mores to making the fire. There were also many other activities that children would enjoy, such as wine tasting, a gibier meat and craft beer set, a “make-your-own morning coffee kit,” a slightly more adult experience, vegetable harvesting, pizza making, and soap bubbles. There are also Scandinavian-style activities such as the Swedish Torch Experience. The “Activity Pass” is recommended for the activities: 2980 yen for a set of 3 activities or 4980 yen for a set of 5 activities, which can be used from check-in to check-out.
