JR East and JR East Service Creation announced the summer menu (July-September) for “Grand Class (with beverages and snacks)” on the Tohoku and Hokkaido Shinkansen and Hokuriku Shinkansen.
Western-style dishes will be served with “cool taste rich in color and summer blessings” produced by DEAN & DELUCA, and Japanese-style dishes will be prepared under the supervision of Mr. Hiromitsu Nozaki, Executive Chef of the Japanese restaurant “Buntokuzan”. will be served.
