The Naeba Prince Hotel (202 Mikuni, Yuzawa-cho, Minamiuonuma-gun, Niigata Prefecture) and the adjacent Naeba Ski Resort will introduce new outdoor activities in the “Naeba Summer Park,” which will be open only during summer.
Surrounded by nature at an altitude of 900 meters, the facility is cool to enjoy, with an average temperature of about 20 degrees Celsius even in mid-summer. Taking advantage of one of the largest slopes in Japan, the facility has newly built a colorful 100-meter slider, a mountain bike course for children to enjoy, and a private sauna with ultra-cold water of approximately 10°C. The facility is also equipped with a sauna for private use, which can be used to cool the body.
This season, the hotel will be open from July 15 to August 27 (except July 24 to August 4). Various activities can be experienced using “leisure tickets” (300 yen per ticket, 3,000 yen per book of 15 tickets) sold at the hotel.
Also on sale is a special accommodation plan that includes unlimited gondola rides and one leisure ticket. The room type is the “No. 2 Woran ROOM Hammock” in Gelendeview, priced from 16,747 yen per adult and 13,397 yen per child per night with evening breakfast (based on 4 persons per room).
