Japan Post Real Estate has decided on the name of the building for the “Gotanda Project (tentative name)” as “Gotanda JP Building”; construction is scheduled to be completed in December.
This large-scale complex is being developed on the site of the former Yuport. It consists of offices, shared offices, a hotel, a hall, and commercial facilities. The offices are approximately 1,000 tsubo on the standard floors, and by complementing the functions of the shared offices, it will support a variety of companies and workers in their work styles.
The hotel will be operated by Hoshino Resort, the hall by Shinagawa Ward, and the commercial activities will contribute to the liveliness of the area by offering a wide variety of food.
The name of the shared office on the second floor operated by the Harumaki Project has been decided as “co-lab Gotanda with JPRE. It consists of a coworking space, booths, and 15 private rooms ranging in size from 3 to 30 tsubos, and is designed to accommodate a variety of work styles by providing meeting rooms that can be used not only by users of the shared office space but also by office workers in the building. In addition, there is a full-fledged sauna equipped with a water bath.
