Tokyo DisneySea will launch “Duffy & Friends Autumn Storybook” on September 7. Prior to the program, details of special merchandise and special menus were announced.
In the fall of 2023, Duffy, Leena Belle, and Shellie Mae weave a tale with Gelatoni as the main character. The story is set in the Cave Cod forest, depicting the autumn leaves and other vividly colored seasons, and is about everyone creating the world’s one and only picture book.
In the story released to the public, Duffy and Leena Belle are reading a book on a bench. The story also begins with Gellatoni enjoying sketching in the forest, and Sherry May collecting fallen leaves and bumping into them as she gazes at the beauty of the forest in autumn colors.
Why don’t we capture that beauty in a picture book? Gelatoni’s eyes light up at Leena Bell’s inspiration, and the only picture book in the world is completed with the colors of autumn collected by everyone and the scenery drawn by Gelatoni.
Special items reminiscent of scenes from the story are available to match the story. There is also a “smartphone stand” with a figure of Duffy enjoying making a picture book, a “plush charm” with all seven Duffy & Friends reading their favorite themed books, and more.
The store also offers a wide variety of items, including a “beret” just like Gelatoni’s beret and a picture book-like “shoulder bag” that everyone made together.
The special menu also includes “Gelatoni’s Limonata (milk frozen beads),” a “Souvenir Sleeve” with a cute gray hat, and a “Souvenir Lunch Case” featuring a group of Duffy & Friends. A must-have selection of souvenirs for Gelatoni fans.
