September 1 marks the start of a new term at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! We have seen a one-day event inside the museum to coincide with “Back to Hogwarts,” where students return to school “Studio Tour Tokyo: Making of Harry Potter”.

Two and a half months after opening in June, Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo Making of Harry Potter in Tokyo’s Nerima Ward. Did you know that today, September 1, marks the beginning of the new term at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry? It was on September 1 that Harry went to Hogwarts for the first time. Studio Tour Tokyo held an event in the museum to celebrate this special day, commonly known as “Back to Hogwarts,” with guests.

The “Hogwarts Express Ticket” was given out exclusively to visitors on this day. The special stickers were designed with the date and departure time of the Hogwarts Express.

And at the photo spot on Lines 9 and 3/4, the hands of the clock still point to “11 a.m.,” the departure time of the Hogwarts Express, an effect that is only available today.

Just before the 11:00 departure time of the Hogwarts Express, the following message was posted: “Today, September 1, is an important day for the start of the new term at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The Hogwarts Express is getting ready for the 11:00 departure time. Do you all know how to get to the 9 and 3/4 train? Please be careful not to miss your train.” A special announcement was also broadcast, adding to the excitement of the long-awaited moment.

Finally, it was time for the Hogwarts Express to depart. About 300 guests gathered to celebrate the special moment by counting down from 10 seconds to 9, 8, 7……, and at exactly 11:00, everyone shouted “Back to Hogwarts! to celebrate the special moment.

In addition, the main store next to the entrance will commemorate “Back to Hogwarts” for two weeks starting today and will carry some of the limited-edition merchandise normally sold only at the Railway Shop located at 9 and 3/4.
