The Seiko Group announced that it will display an oversized clock with Mickey Mouse design in the central show window of SEIKO HOUSE GINZA / WAKO, Ginza, facing the Ginza quadrangle.
The event coincides with the redecoration of Ginza’s iconic rooftop clock tower into a Mickey Mouse design from October 5 to November 18 as part of the “Moments of Magic at the Clock Tower” event.
In the center of the show window, a clock the same size as the SEIKO HOUSE GINZA clock tower is displayed. Around the clock, lamps move like pendulums of light, moving the clock on the rooftop.
The gimmick of moving the arms, which are hands, in time with the chimes that echo from the rooftop every hour, can also be enjoyed. The lamps will also light up, providing a magical moment as if by magic. At night, the lights will be illuminated in purple, the theme color of the event.
In addition, the clock tower on the rooftop is also lit up in purple from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day! You can enjoy the view of the clock tower and Ginza in an adult atmosphere that is different from that of the daytime.
