Pensta operated at Tokyo Station until September 2018 as a specialty store for Suica penguin merchandise, and is now back after a five-year absence. The highlight of the café area is the seasonal and limited-quantity “Suica’s Penguin Mont Blanc Pancake” (1,280 yen), a pancake branded with Suica’s penguin and panda faces, vanilla ice cream, berry sauce with grains, and Mont Blanc with banana on a single plate. The pancakes can be eaten as is or arranged with sauce, ice cream, or Mont Blanc.
Order it as a set with the “Suica’s Penguin: Cafe Latte with Fluffy Milk” (680 yen), which has cute latte art (8 random types) depicting various Suica’s penguin figures.
