Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba will begin offering a “winter prix fixe lunch” on November 23 at “The Grill on 30th” on the hotel’s top floor to enjoy the Christmas spirit ahead of time.
The prix fixe lunch includes an appetizer, soup, and main dish of your choice, as well as a dessert buffet. In the “Winter Prix Fixe Lunch,” the popular dessert buffet features strawberry-based sweets such as “Flaise Pie” and “Shortcake” in addition to the standard Christmas sweets such as “Buche de Noel” and “Stollen. In addition, the “crème brûlée” using seasonal pears will be served with its surface caramelized right in front of you, so you can enjoy the crispy texture of freshly made crème brûlée.
The appetizer “Smoked Salmon and Camembert Brioche with Truffle Hollandaise Sauce” is a richly flavored dish with a perfect balance of slightly sweet and sour Camembert brioche topped with aromatic smoked salmon and a rich truffle sauce. For the main dish, customers can choose from a total of eight options, including “Bone-in Chicken Thigh Diable Style with Gorgonzola Cheese Cream Sauce.
