Awajiya will release “LUPIN ZERO Collaboration Hippippadako Meshi” ekiben in collaboration with the “LUPIN ZERO” anime on November 10. The price is 1,380 yen.
LUPIN ZERO” is an anime about the boyhood of the great thief of the century, Lupin III. The collaboration was made possible by a scene in the film in which the boy Lupin disguises himself as an ekiben vendor.
The package will feature a special dark blue ceramic with the logo of the work and a hanging paper depicting an octopus and the boy Lupin playing with each other to create the world of the anime. In addition to the usual ingredients, the package also contains tako-inner, which was created during the Showa 30s (1950s), the period in which the work is set.
In addition to Awaji-ya stores and online stores, it will be sold at “Ekiben-ya Matsuri” and “Ekiben-ya Odori” in Tokyo Station, and at ekiben conventions at department stores and mass merchandisers nationwide.
