New Year’s Eve Soba Noodles at Disney Hotels! This very limited menu, available only on December 31, is a must-try dish!

Posted on 2023-12-14 by Editor in Chief

One of the best ways to enjoy Disney’s New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day is to dress up the park in New Year’s style and enjoy a special meal. To add to the excitement of New Year’s Eve, a limited menu will be available at the Disney Ambassador Hotel on December 31.

The New Year’s Eve Soba Set (3,700 yen) at the Empire Grill at the Disney Ambassador Hotel is a special take-out-only set exclusively for hotel guests; reservations will be accepted from 3 p.m. on December 31. Mobile orders can be placed up to 75 minutes prior to pick-up time. Pick-up time can be specified between 6:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. You can also taste it in your guest room while celebrating New Year’s Eve.

The set includes “Soba Noodles with Duck Confit and Grilled Green Onion” as the main dish, “Sea Bream Escabeche”, “Marinated and Pickled Shrimp”, “Inari Sushi with Prosciutto and Broccoli”, “Smoked Salmon and Avocado”, and “Condiments” as appetizers. It is nice to have rice dishes such as two types of inari sushi.

The number of items offered is limited. If you want to taste it, make a reservation as early as possible on the day of the event. Only credit card payment is accepted on the site.
