Dogashima New Ginsui (2977-1 Nishi-Izu-cho, Kamo-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture), a hot spring inn operated by Hotel Ginsuiso, will hold an all-you-can-eat snow crab fair from January 13 to February 9, 2024 (except January 21).
In addition to the kaiseki meal plans, boiled snow crab legs and claws will be offered as all-you-can-eat for 90 minutes. All reservations for the “dining room omakase” and “dining room dining” plans are eligible for the all-you-can-eat plan, and can be used in conjunction with the kaiseki meal plan of your choice.
The spiny dogtooth snow crab prepared this time is characterized by its delicate, gentle sweetness and packed flavor, and the price starts at 16,500 yen per night with two meals.
The ryokan recommends the “Hokkaido Snow Crab and Scallop Winter Hot Seafood Hot Pot & Grilled Crab Kaiseki [Dining Room],” which is available until March 10, 2024, and starts at 25,300 yen per night with two meals.
At Dogashima New Ginsui, all guest rooms offer views of Nishi Izu, known as a scenic spot, and the open-air bath in the large bathroom allows guests to enjoy the evening view while soaking in Dogashima hot spring water.
