Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya (2-25-12 Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) will offer a strawberry menu featuring seasonal strawberries at Gallery Eleven restaurant on the hotel’s 11th floor and Shibrewya cafe on the 3rd floor. The period is from December 26 to February 29, 2024.
Two menu items are now available at Gallery 11 restaurant: the first, Strawberry Millefeuille (1,650 yen), is a plate of fresh strawberries, pistachio ice cream, and crispy millefeuille dough, topped with a shave of frozen strawberries.
It is served from 11:30 to 23:00 (last order 21:30), so you can enjoy it as a dessert for lunch or dinner.
The second is the Strawberry Afternoon Tea (5,060 yen). Seven types of sweets specially made by the patissier using domestic strawberries and the restaurant chef’s special savory dishes based on Mediterranean cuisine will be prepared on a playful skateboard.
Seating is 90 minutes and served from 2:30pm to 5:30pm (last order 4pm). Reservations will be accepted from December 14 to February 28, 2024.
