ANA’s new brand, AirJapan, has announced in-flight meals and in-flight products that will be available for purchase on the same day prior to the start of flights on February 9.
Based on the concept of “in-flight meals that allow passengers to feel the Japanese flavor from within the aircraft,” a total of 56 types of meals are available, including curry, set meals, ochazuke (rice with green tea), ramen noodles, and other meals, as well as snacks, snacks, sweets, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and other items. In an effort to reduce food loss, retort-packed foods and freeze-dried foods that can be stored for long periods of time are used.
Based on the ideas of flight attendants, a total of 19 types of in-flight products will be available, including blankets and earphones for in-flight use, the company’s original products, local specialty products, and photogenic handmade products.
