Fuji Marriott Hotel Yamanakako (1256-1 Hirano, Yamanakako-mura, Minamitsuru-gun, Yamanashi) will sell a gourmet burger using Yamanashi Prefecture’s brand beef, Koshu Wine Beef, called the “Spring Color” Mt. The burger is priced at 4,000 yen and will be available from March 1 to May 31.
Seasonal hamburgers from Grill & Dining G, the in-house restaurant that spotlights local ingredients. This spring, the burger features a coarsely ground patty made from Koshu wine beef, thickly sliced Koshu Fuji-zakura pork bacon, fresh Fuji leaf lettuce and Yamanashi tomatoes, and is sandwiched in an original Fuji-shaped brioche bun with cheese sauce.
The burger is surrounded by colorful edible flowers and hot vegetables, and a creamy dressing colored with beets is added to create a gorgeous spring scene at the foot of Mt. The restaurant’s woody, resort-like atmosphere allows diners to enjoy their meal while taking in the rich natural surroundings.
