ANA has renewed its collaboration menu for international in-flight meals supervised by the famous chef of THE CONNOISSEURS for the first time in three years.
THE CONNOISSEURS” members have developed new menus ranging from Japanese and Western-style menus to special in-flight meals for first/business class passengers departing from Japan on international flights. Using the “In-flight Meal Advance Reservation Service,” passengers can reserve their favorite menu items, including Japanese, Western (meat dishes), and Western (fish dishes), prior to departure. By making your selection at least 24 hours prior to boarding, you can be sure to enjoy your desired menu.
The collaborative menu is available on European and U.S. routes departing from Japan. It can also be ordered on routes from Japan to Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, and India by using the advance reservation service.
