Umekita Park An area directly connected to the existing JR Osaka Station and connected to private residential land with office and core functions. It is one of the world’s largest urban parks (45,000 m2 in area) directly connected to a large-scale terminal station, and is divided into the urban South Park (South Park) and the nature-rich North Park (North Park). South Urban Area Park Tower, Gate Tower, and South Tower opened as the South Urban Area leasing buildings, and Umekita Green Place, a commercial facility directly connected to the existing JR Osaka Station. Construction of a tower condominium for sale in the South Urban Area is scheduled to begin in mid-March. The B1 to 3rd floors of the leasing tower will feature Time Out Market Osaka, a large-scale food market that allows visitors to experience food and culture for the first time in Asia, as well as restaurants and stores that will be enjoyed by visitors from Japan and abroad. The 3rd and 4th floors of Gate Tower will house the La Suite urban spa, while the 4th floor of Park Tower will feature a “health measurement station,” MICE facilities, and an office lounge “sorappa” with terrace, dining, cafe, and work space. In addition, Hilton’s super luxury hotel “Waldorf Astoria Osaka” (252 rooms) will open on the 2nd, 28th to 38th floors of Park Tower, and Hankyu Hanshin Hotels’ up-scale hotel “Hotel Hankyu Grand Lespire Osaka” (482 rooms) will open on the 5th to 28th floors of South Tower. North Tower The “North Tower,” a rental tower connected to the Grand Front Osaka North Building by a deck, will open with commercial facilities on the 1st and 2nd floors, and Hilton’s lifestyle hotel “Canopy by Hilton Osaka Umeda” (308 rooms) on the 1st, 10th to 25th floors. The middle floor will be the main base for the core “JAM BASE” facility, a four-story atrium with a members-only exchange space, co-working space, conference, SOHO and office space. It will be linked with Grand Front Osaka’s “Knowledge Capital. In addition, “Grand Green Osaka THE NORTH RESIDENCE,” a 46-story tower condominium with 484 units, is currently accepting tenants and is scheduled to be delivered in late March 2026.
