Mooch off the under-the-sea menu. Travel through eight themed ports at the Tokyo DisneySea Food & Wine Festival!

Posted on 2024-03-082024-03-23 by Editor in Chief

Tokyo DisneySea will hold its first “Tokyo DisneySea Food & Wine Festival,” a special event from April 1 to June 30!

The theme of the restaurant is “Explore the World through Food,” and it offers a variety of exotic menus from countries around the world inspired by the eight themed ports, as well as creative shell-created courses. In this issue, we will introduce the menu for Mermaid Lagoon, the undersea kingdom of Ariel and her friends from the movie “The Little Mermaid.

The menu at New York Deli, inspired by the two mermaid lagoons, is colorful. The Sparkling Cocktail (Rum & Pineapple) (800 yen) is inspired by the Caribbean-born pina colada cocktail.

The cup is decorated with a gradation of blue ocean from the shallows to the bottom of the sea. The tropical flavor will make you feel like you are in the tropics at once. The star-shaped toppings and coconut chips also create beautiful coral and sandy beaches.

Also order the “Scallop Mashed Potatoes with Shrimp Chips” (800 yen), which features bright shrimp chips that resemble shells! You can enjoy the crunchy texture of the chips, chowder-flavored mashed potatoes, and lime-scented scallop ceviche all in one dish.
