Mitsui Fudosan will open Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Tsukiji (4-7-1 Tsukiji, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) on September 30.
Located about a 3-minute walk from Higashi-ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Toei Asakusa Line, and Tsukiji Station on the Hibiya Line, respectively, the hotel has 183 guest rooms. For the first time for this brand, all guest rooms are equipped with a washer/dryer, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer to meet the needs of guests staying for consecutive nights.
In addition to the “Superior Queen” (66 rooms, 22.3m2), the hotel will offer a total of 8 room types, including “Standard Queen” (33 rooms, 22.0m2), “Superior Twin” (35 rooms, 26.2m2) and “Standard Twin” (22 rooms, 21.7m2). The hotel will offer eight types of rooms.
Ancillary facilities include a refreshment space, a large public bath, a fitness gym, a restaurant and café, and a Japanese tableware retail store “Urikiriya” on the first floor by Iwama Pottery, which was established in 1902.
