WILLER EXPRESS will increase the number of bus stops on its “Tokyo-Sendai/Fukushima Route” and “Osaka-Hiroshima Route” express bus routes from April 1 to enhance the convenience of intercity travel.
On the Tokyo-Sendai/Fukushima route, in addition to the “Sendai Station West Exit (in front of Miyako Sendai Express Bus Center),” a portion of the buses will begin boarding at the “Sendai Station East Exit (JR bus stop),” which was requested by many users.
The bus will also operate for the first time at the Minamisoma Bus Terminal, located just outside the Minamisoma IC exit on Joban Expressway, and will be the first overnight service between Tokyo and Minamisoma. The bus terminal has a free parking lot for park-and-ride, which will also be useful for nearby residents.
On the Osaka-Hiroshima route, in addition to the “Hiroshima University Student Hall Mae” where trains have been departing and arriving, service will also begin at the “Saijo Station South Exit,” which is located in the center of Higashi-Hiroshima City.
Reservations can be made up to 10 minutes prior to the departure time of each bus stop through the “WILLER TRAVEL” reservation website or telephone reservation center, respectively.
