Hot Toys presents “Movie Masterpiece DX Artisan ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: The Last Airbender’ 1/6 Scale Figure Jack Sparrow 2.0 Version” from its top-of-the-line “DX (Deluxe)” series.
The figure is based on Jack Sparrow, a popular character from Disney’s “Pirates of the Caribbean: The Last Airbender,” and is made to look as realistic as if it were alive through the use of craftsmanship and hair transplant specifications.
Priced at 46,000 yen for the standard edition and 52,000 yen for the deluxe edition, it is scheduled for release in March 2025 and is currently available for pre-order.
The figure stands approximately 30 cm tall in 6/1 size and has over 30 points of articulation. The head of Johnny Depp, who plays Jack Sparrow, has been painted by hand, and the skin texture, wrinkles, and beard have been finely reproduced. The figure looks as if it came out of a movie.
The face parts come in two types: a dignified expression and a smiling expression. Pose and facial expressions can be combined to recreate a scene from the movie. The movable eye gimmick allows you to create expressions that are more faithful to the movie.
The hairstyles, which feature a variety of decorations including head accessories, are expressed through a combination of hair planting and modeling with wool material. In addition, the costume includes a leather-like triangular hat, a coat that looks aged and worn, and a blue vest to a belt with detailed decoration on the mother’s dried neck. The attention to detail and materials is evident in every detail.
A sword, knife, and two flintlock guns are also included as weapons. The full lineup includes a compass, telescope, the Black Pearl bottleship, and a lantern with light-up function.
The deluxe version also comes with a diorama pedestal and treasure chest featuring a broken deck and crashing waves. It is perfect for displaying in your room as a collectible.
